How do I get a refund?

1. This cannot be done via the app, you must log into Eventbrite via a browser (ie google)

2. Log in to Eventbrite.

3. Go to "Tickets" in your account. ...

4. Click "Request a refund".

5. Review your details and select a refund reason (explain why you need a refund)

6. Click "Continue".

7. Review your details and click "Submit request".

 

REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE REQUESTED UP UNTIL 48 HOURS BEFORE YOU ARE DUE TO ATTEND. AFTER THIS TIME NO REFUNDS CAN BE GIVEN. AN EMAIL TO US DOESNT COUNT AS A REQUEST AS WE ARE NOT EVENTBRITE

REFUNDS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FESTEVIL & FESTEVILish

We are not yet refunding the Santa Drive-Thru as the event is 2 months away and rules will change many times prior to this event taking place. If rules remain then we will open refunds closer to the event,
