Regardless of eventbrite's refund policy we will offer full refunds to those who cannot attend the new date either as a full cash refund back into your bank account or a ticket voucher to re-book for any of our future events which we can happily transfer over for you to an event of your choice or a full cash refund as follows.
Please email us at (please only email us at this email as our other emails are no currently being monitored and you may miss out on your refund). In your email we need the following information.
*Full name of lead booker
*last 4 digits of the bank card used to buy the tickets
Refunds will then be funded back into the same account you used to buy the tickets. Please note as this is a manual process and with the huge backlog of refunds being processed by event companies worldwide via eventbrite refunds can take up to 90 days to be processed and show back into your account. There is nothing we can do on our side to speed this process up unfortunately. But please note we will begin the process immediately to ensure wait times are kept to a minimum
